My husband and I are on day 6 of the cleanse and we are finding that we aren't able to fit in ALL of the food portions on the daily checklist (specifically, the Legumes and Starchy Veggies). How important is it that we get everything on the list checked off (all portions)? We are feeling full and satisfied without adding those in. Or are they more important to fit in than something else?

Also, do you count "Coconut Creamer" as a coconut item on this cleanse?
