Hello Dee,

I drink my green smoothie (by Amazing Grass) on a daily basis because of its health benefits. But today, as I was scrolling through my Facebook news feed, I stumbled on an article entitled "How Green Smoothies Can Devastate Your Health". This article speaks of how large quantities of raw greens can create some form of oxalate stones in any part of our bodies... I never heard of oxalates but now I'm very curious to know if this article can be true in any way?! I mean how can raw veggies be bad for you?!
