I've been intently listening to most of Dee's podcasts.  I listened in particular to the ones about belly fat and the ones about loving your liver because I can't seem to still shake my middle aged bit of a pot belly.  It's not horrible, but to me it's not acceptable.  Also, I dutifully exercise several times a week with weights and cardio, etc...  So, when I wrote out all the right things to eat for belly fat and for liver from the podcasts, well, by-and-large they are all the same things I have done and done for a long long time.  So, I'm perplexed what my problem is.  I should also mention, that I eat a near perfect diet that comes extremely close to the Science of Skinny way to eat, except I do not eat grains (we're a bit more paleo).  I just wonder what else I can do if I am already doing everything Dee and other cutting-edge health experts espouse?

Do you rebound?  And are you alkaline?  Eating healthy foods is one thing, but eating a 60 to 80 percent alkaline diet is even more important.

Rebounding is one of the best exercises for banishing fat from your body, and your belly.  I would also look at your essential fatty acid ratio. More omega-3 than omega-6, and also include coconut oil.

Well, as for eating alkaline, I believe I must be since my daily food intake basically is the following: protein shake with a little apple, kale, spinach, avocado, coconut oil, chia seeds, flax seed oil; a one or two egg omelet top with a little avocado and pure salsa; perhaps some pure natural turkey slices; a small handful of nuts two or three times a day; a salad for dinner and perhaps a lean mean and another veggie; and also I take daily fish oil capsules, so I just have to believe my alkaline and omega 3s are fine.  I am thinking that perhaps my cortisol levels are too high?????  That's about my last theory!
