I am a mom of 6 and have struggled with my weight since my twins were born (numbers 4 and 5). I am not that overweight (150 on a 5'3" frame) but my stomach muscles have separated with my pregnancies and I have a "pooch" and look a little pregnant. Our youngest is 2 and all of them were c-sections.
I think my biggest struggle is knowing where to start and where to put my focus. Having a large family is expensive and I can't afford all organic food. We have chickens in our back yard so our eggs are very healthy. I try to do as much whole grain as possible but can't seem to get any traction with loosing weight. My eating will be good for a while but then, because I am sleep deprived, it is hard to stay away from cheese (especially) and sweets sometimes. I also am a night nanny 3 nights a week so my sleep isn't that great on those nights and I feel like I am playing catch up on the other days of the week.

I know eating more vegetables will help.
I just struggle to stay motivated and on track. Do you have any ideas that can help me?
Thanks!
Rikki
