Brazil nuts are one of the best food sources of Selenium--a mineral that also acts like an antioxidant that wards off diseases with a powerful punch.  Just 3 Brazil nuts a day can provide the RDA for selenium.

Here's a tasty way to enjoy Brazil nuts every day:

Ingredients:
1 cup raw Brazil nuts
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt

(GET INGREDIENTS HERE)

Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor or use a high powered blender like a Vitamix of Blendtech.  Blend for a few seconds or until the mixture crumbles slightly.
Transfer to a container with a tight-fitting lid and store in the frig.

Sprinkle on toast, crackers, salads, cooked grains, pasta or beans, baked potatoes, squash, steamed vegetables, popcorn, etc.
