Ok, I promise this will be my last post for a while and I know Dee you're in the middle of a deadline for your book so I realize it will be some time before you can get back to us on the forum, so no problem there.

So, Butter!  I've read that many nutrition and health experts believe that any dairy is bad for the body in that it tends to promote mucus and inflammation.  Yes, many other health experts these days believe butter is actually one of the good fats for cooking, etc...  But, butter obviously is derived from Milk so this makes me think it would promote mucus and inflammation.  Can you comment on this and why or why not butter is or is not a promoter of mucus and inflammation?  Thanks!
