Hi Dee,

I wanted to share this simple recipe for curried ketchup.
I love this ketchup and use it everywhere you'd normally use ketchup.  I found the recipe on the food network and it belongs to the Hearty Boys.  I replaced the original 1/4 cup of sugar with 1/8 to 1/4 cup agave syrup.  It's very tasty and lasts in the refrigerator for a couple weeks. 

Curried Ketchup:

1 pint cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/8 to 1/4 cup agave Syrup or nectar (to taste)

2 teaspoons curry powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Pinch ground cloves

Put the tomatoes, vinegar, agave syrup, curry powder, salt, pepper and cloves into a saucepan and place over high heat. Bring to a boil, stir and cook until the tomatoes have broken down and the mixture is slightly thick, about 10 minutes. Pour the mix into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Let cool to room temperature before refrigerating. Place in a decorative bowl to serve.
