I officially started today but began getting off caffiene starting last Thursday by cutting back. So glad I had a three day weekend because I had bad headaches and low energy. I have decided to have two cups of green tea and then go to herbal tea.

So far I've made the kale salad (yum) , carrot ginger soup and the winter squash stew! All were very good

Yay Resox!  Green tea is a great substitute for coffee, and since it does also have caffeine, can really helps with the weaning from coffee.

Congrats!

Starting week two feeling pretty good, less bloated. How's everyone else doing?

Hi, I am starting the detox this holiday weekend.  I know Yerba Mate has some caffeine in it, should I avoid it in the detox phase?
