Eggy In A Basket
A healthy breakfast that is high in protein and healthy fats!
Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice)
Raw Milk Cheese (optional)
Remove the avocado pit. Scoop out a bit of avocado to increase the size of the hole. Crack an egg into the hole. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper and/or cheese. Bake in the oven on 350F until egg is cooked to the level you like. Enjoy
