Hi Dee,

I ordered Dr. Miller's Holy Tea and was wondering - does that need to be refrigerated and/or kept in a dark container?  I didn't realize it was to be mixed with another liquid.  What do you mix it with?  Also do I need the Renew Life First Cleanse if I'm using the Holy Tea?

In addition I ordered Oregon's Wild Harvest Milk Thistle Dandelion supplement, Garden of Life Raw Vitamin Code perfect Weight Formula, Amazing Grass Green Powder, and Bee Pollen.

I wasn't totally clear if I am also supposed to take the Garden of Life Raw B-vitamin Complex and the Jarrow Formula L-Glutamine.  Would it be too much to take all those?  Or are their values additive?

And one more question, is it ok to eat several small meals/snacks (as long as they include some sort of protein each time) rather than three larger meals with one snack?

Happy Dee-toxing,
Dolly

Regarding the Holy Tea--this is a cleansing tea that can be taken all the time, it's not just a detox tea.  It is recommended to brew  it and then use that brew as a "concentrate" to add to other teas. It's just a tea, so it does not need to be kept in a dark bottle. I typically make the concentrate and keep that in my frig.  Then, when I brew a hot cup of another tea, I add 1/4 cup of the holy tea concentrate into my cup and drink it.

Alternatively, you can just make the concentrate and then add it to a large volume of another of your favorite tea, and then keep the whole container in your frig.  Reheat if desired to enjoy a cup of hot tea.

As for other supplements: IF you are having a tough time with sugar cravings, then either bee pollen or L-glutamine or B-complex can help.  Any of them can help, you don't need all three at the same time, but they can be taken together for extra insurance.  There is no harm in taking all of them. These are all just different options.  For instance, if you can't take bee pollen, then one of the others may be helpful.  L-glutamine is especially helpful for sugar cravings.

It is perfectly OK to eat smaller meals and snacks.  Do what works the best for your body!

Thank you Dee.  I like the idea of just keeping the concentrate in the fridge and add 1/4 cup to a freshly brewed cup of some other tea.  I wasn't really sure where I was going to have room to keep a whole gallon at a time!

And thank you for the advice about the supplements.  I think I may try them all at first.  Sugar cravings are big for me.

Have a lovely evening, Dolly
