My DeeTox has been going amazing so far but starting to have some headaches and  light fatigue here at the end of this first week? I am loving the recommended supplements especially the green grass powder! How is everyone else holding up?

Hi tanner
Glad to hear that! Every time I have tried to do a detox I have not had luck with the herbs because I have a sensitive stomach! I am going to do my two weeks the last week in feb and 1st week in March ! Too many celebrations for the next few weeks and social engagements! I am going to make the muffins this weekend . They look really good. I have made the stew and a lot of the recommended foods already. I like that I don't have to think about what to eat for two weeks! Going to have major surgery on April 4th so I am hoping the dee tox helps me for the recovery

Well good luck to you on the surgery and the cleanse! I loved all the food from the cleanse! Isn't it yummy? How long have you been doing processed free living for?

A few months before the book came out I started with dee's cookbook and suggestions ! We are friends on Facebook! I am a school teacher and I enjoy your posts and recipes ! I lost over 20 pounds and do not take high blood pressure meds anymore because of her book! I would like to get 50 more lbs off! One day at a time! I try to keep to the plan most of the time! I spend my Sundays cooking for the week! I am only 4ft 10 and shrinking so I would like to think I could reach this goal eventually within the next two years! Good luck with the 2nd week of the cleanse ! You are an inspiration for me!

I am bit of a later starter on the Dee Tox (ordered it this week) [thumb] and am about to start.  I am from Australia so not easily able to access all the supplements etc (but I am working on it.)  Still working my way through The Science of Skinny and looking forward to making some more positive changes with my diet.
