My nutritionist recommended this book to me. I have been working with her for about six months and she has been gently guiding me in the direction of non-processed clean eating. When she thought I was receptive, she recommended "The Science of Skinny". I have just started it and find it answers questions that have been stacking up. For example, quinoa and chia, nutritional science and easy recipes, help me along as I muddle my way to healthy eating.

Hi all

I have lost 19lbs to date since I have started using the science of Skinny methods. I am looking forward to Dee,s Thanksgiving telecast. I am very grateful to Dee for my new lifestyle that I absolutely love! I am happier , healthier and wiser thanks to Dee!

Hi,

Thanks for the wellcome.

I have lost and kept off 10 pounds and I am working on releasing 35 more. My goals are modest as i am 5'5" and the goal I set is 180. Losing weight was empirically impossible for me before I started working with Joyce Mattox, my nutritionist. I would like to look better sure, but I have to lose weight for health. No news to anyone here probably.

In the middle of the last 12 months I also had hip replacement surgery. I am able to move about so much better now that exercise is again joyful.
