I only have 1/4 of my intestines and no gall bladder, plus I have Fibromyalgia. So I'm already limited on veggies. I've been noticing some changes since starting this new way of life but I wonder what is safe and what is not. Any pointers?

For people with challenges like yours, I recommend Green superfood drink powders. These are products containing highly concentrated carefully dehydrated green plants, vegetables and sometimes fruits. They can provide the nutritional benefits of the green plants, vegetables and fruits that you may be limited in being able to eat in their whole form.
Green drinks infuse your body with easily absorbed vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and amino acids.
You can “drink your greens” by mixing them with water or a non-dairy milk, such as almond milk. You can supplement with green powders up to three times per day.
I suggested trying the brand called Amazing Grass because it tastes less "green" than many of the other green foods on the market. Amazing Grass has a lot of great flavors of their greens that really help the "medicine" go down. Some of my favorite flavors are chocolate, berry, and orange dreamscicle. They also have some new flavors on the market: Tangerine, Watermelon, and Pineapple Lemongrass. I suggest you try a couple and see which one fits your tastes.
You can order Amazing Grass Green Superfood through our Amazon Affiliate Store here on our website:
This link has all three flavors that I recommend.
