Although Hain makes an "Iodized Sea Salt" I do not add salt to anything I eat (and get only the sea salt that has been added to products before I buy them).  Do I need to think about getting enough iodine in my diet?

Most people are probably deficient in iodine, however you should not be getting it by adding salt to your diet.  The best source of iodine is seafood and vegetables from the sea.  Eat seaweed or kelp, as well as fish.
