Hi Dee,
   I tried mixing pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, coconut, and cashews to make my own snack. They are all raw/unroasted. Is this o.k. to use as a daily snack (within reason)?

What a great snack!  Thanks for sharing your "recipe" with the viewers of the message board.  Raw nuts and seeds contain magnesium, chromium, and zinc,  all important minerals for managing blood sugar levels.  Good for you!
