I've been reading about lectins as being damaging in the diet, especially beans and wheat and dairy.  I have not seen Dee speak about this--is this something I need to be concerned about as Dee talks about the nutrition value of beans.

In my most recent book, The Science of Skinny Cookbook, lectins and phytates are discussed in detail on pages 34-42, with complete guide for soaking and grains, beans, nut and seeds.
