But I think some of the things Dee would ask is: Are you really eating the right amount of vegetables, because it's vegetables that really help you lose weight.
Also, if the weight does seem to be stubborn, Dee would recommend you to cut down on the number of grains to 2 a day instead of 4.
Are you consistently doing the lemon water and apple cider vinegar drink? - that supports your liver which is your main fat burning organ.
Are you exercising?You do need to move your body.
And finally, are you taking a lot of prescriptions? - that can stop success in its tracks.
Living Processed-Free does change lives in losing weight and gaining health, but everybody is different. Sometimes it takes a little bit of trial and error to get it going for you.
