I think I found a healthy chip. Actually my wife found it at our local Sprouts market.

The brand is Boulder Canyon Authentic Foods. The chips are Kettle Cooked Potato Chips. The ingredients list simply
Potatoes,
Coconut Oil
and Sea Salt.

They are, as you would expect, delicious. A little pricey at $2.79 for about 5 or 6 ounces but a nice splurge. They didn't last long considering we are a household of chip-aholics.

I am going to look for those at Sprouts.  Thanks for the heads up.  I have been using CostCo Multigrain Tortilla Chips for my salads, but they don't let you really know which of those "bad" oils they are using.  Called "Food Should Taste Good."  Depends on whose idea of "GOOD" you accept!
