Dee, and anyone else interested in this question... Well, better late than never; I've finally started to actually read your book and I love it. I've only gotten into chapter 3 so far, but as I muse over what I've read so far a question occurred to me. Actually, I'm quite certain this same question has occurred to millions of people interested in nutrition whether laypeople or professionals. So, the question is... if it is still possible today to eat a diet strictly as you suggest; that is, whole, natural, no artificial anything, no stabilizers, no hormones, no antibiotics, no GMO, no preservatives, no pesticides or herbicides, etc... nothing but naturally organically grown foods and a good variety of them, could one surmise that no additional supplements would be necessary to take? In other words, we would get all the macro and micro nutrients necessary for great health maintenance and buying any other supplements would be nothing but a waste of our money?

Nice information and i am very impressed with your post. Thanks for sharing this information. No doubt that supplements are good but it is important to discuss with doctor or trainer before using supplements because sometime supplements cause many side effects.Brienshamp Boot Camp
