Raw & Alkaline Coconut Wraps
These amazing wraps are the ultimate bread and tortilla alternative! Try using them for fajitas, burritos or even for dessert as crepes! They are only limited by your imagination =) Ingredients: 2 cups young coconut meat pinch Himalayan or Real Sea Salt coconut water from the young coconut – GO SLOWLY – adding just enough coconut water to reach a thick cream consistency
Directions:
Blend until completely creamy smooth. Pour the mixture onto a Dehydrator tray lined with a Teflex sheet or parchment paper. Spread as evenly as possible and shoot for less than an 1/8 inch thickness. Dehydrate until the wrap is dry but still pliable.
Note: To mix things up try adding curry , tummeric or raw cacao powder to the slurry mixture before pouring it onto the dehydrator tray to change the flavor of the wrap itself!
