I love to bake (and eat, so does anyone know healthy replacements for the following:  graham crackers, sweet condensed milk, evaporated milk, and ice cream.  I'm sure there are others I'll need suggestions for in the future.  Thanks for any suggestions.

Here are some healthy replacements with links to the products in the order you listed them =)

MI-Del Honey Graham Crackers  I have seen Dee suggest these before for her no bake cookies

For sweet condensed milk I would say use a can of coconut milk that has been shaken up and sweetened with a little liquid stevia, raw honey or coconut nectar. Here is my favorite brand of coconut milk that comes in a BPA free can and has no chemicals added to it

I do not think there is a healthy alternative to evaporated milk =( MAYBE coconut flour?

And for ice cream you could either make your own coconut milk ice cream or try any of the no sugar added coconut milk ice cream for this brand that Dee reccomended a while back
