re:  recipe from Plan-D book
Has anyone made this recipe?  I have a question regarding the ingredient "2 teaspoons yellow mustard" - is this prepared yellow mustard or ground/dry mustard?

Thanks for posting!  I make this recipe all the time, it's one of my family's favorites.  The mustard is just yellow mustard, of which the culinary term for that is "prepared mustard", which distinguishes it from dried mustard.  I suppose if you didn't have any yellow mustard on hand, you could use dried, but the tanginess of the prepared yellow mustard really adds some specialness to the recipe.

Enjoy the wraps, they're very yummy!

Thank you for the quick response!  I just got back from the grocery store where I picked up sweet potatoes, Bragg's apple cider vinegar, various nuts and seeds, and flax seed oil ... (I just received the book this weekend and I'm excited to get started! Oh, and I ordered two additional copies for my adult children.)
