Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 cup organic strawberries
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar of modena
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. raw honey or coconut nectar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Push a straw through the strawberries from the tip to the green top to remove the hull. (Or you can cut it off with a knife!) Add strawberries to a blender.
Add the rest of the dressing ingredients, and blend until smooth. Refrigerate. Enjoy!
