Cleaned up version of the dressing served on side salads in most japanese restaurants.
4 carrots, chopped
½ white onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped ginger or a little more if you really like ginger like me
2 tablespoons organic white miso paste
¼ cup brown rice vinegar
2 tablespoons raw honey or stevia to taste
3 tablespoons unrefined dark toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup filtered water
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Throw everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
