Are there any types of tea that I should make an effort to drink?  Likewise, are there any that I should avoid?  Thank you.

Dandelion root and milk thistle teas are good for liver support.  You want to support your liver for effective fat metabolism and weight loss.

 

Green tea has shown great benefits for it's antioxidant content and it's ability to improve metabolsim.  It has been shown to improve weight loss.
