I have a fantastic recipe that will replace cinnamon rolls or cinnamon sticks that are available at all bakeries including donut shops. They have been using these unhealthful ingredients for years such as hydrogenated oils, refined sugars, bleached flours, preservatives, lots of refined salt, etc.

This advanced cinnamon honey stick is full of fiber, whole grains, some minerals and some vitamins. It is an idea for breakfast or even an afternoon snack.

WHOLE GRAIN CINNAMON HONEY STICKS

1 1/2 cups 100% Stone Ground Hard Red Winter Whole Wheat
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon of room temp purified water
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon wild honey
1 teaspoon yeast

Pour the above ingredients in the order listed into your bread machine pan and set it at FRENCH DOUGH. Stop the bread machine after 15 minutes by unplugging it. Make sure you have a large bowl of warm water in the bottom of your oven. Take the dough out of pan and sprinkler wheat bran, blended oats, etc., any grains you like and put into a bowl. Place the bowl on the top rack in oven directly above the bowl of water. Set timer for about 35 minutes. Take the dough out and sprinkler more grains all over on both sides along with a ton of organic ground cinnamon until dark in color. Roll lightly until almost pizza shaped and cut into four even long pieces. (Make sure you remove bowl of large water in oven before preheating) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake the four pieces for about 11 minutes. After the sticks come out, immediately pour organic extra virgin olive oil all over the sticks and serve. It is absolutely delicious and nutritious.

Any questions, please feel free to ask.

Note: Pouring the olive oil over the sticks as soon as they come out of the oven will assure that the oil will not turn into free radicals since I do not cook with oil, The oil will become just warm enough to taste exactly like if it was cooked in and taste close enough to commercially made cinnamon sticks.

One thing you should watch for is when you buy bread in the store and it says 100% whole grain or whole wheat, they still put unbleached regular flour in it along with the whole grain wheat flour. We have to fight our battles by making it ourselves.
